But this time I decided to invest spending a little more but buying pieces that I longed desired with all my heart as these shoes from Valentino. It was two years that I want them and finally I decided.. even the discount to 50% convinced me!
Having a piece of Isabel Marant was what I wanted for a year.. but I never knew what to buy in stores and i use to find only sweaters or jeans, something that surely would have used two or three times and fed up, but this wool coat was the best buy! It’s a great color, it is also very warm inside and wool outside..and then it’s just perfect.. I was looking for something like this.. and then discount at 50%, I could leave it??

Glad that you were able to buy what you wanted this year. You sound quite happy, which is a good thing, and you should be happy! I honestly love it when there is a 50% off discount, even when things can be relatively expensive. You still save a lot of money anyway. Though I completely agree with you that it’s kind of weird that people would fight for items even though they’re only 10-20% off… it is kind of ridiculous and you don’t even save that much.

I completely agree with your shopping strategy. I too buy only things that I truly want (expensive or not) and limit myself to a few pieces. It’s so easy to get carried away at H&M because the prices are so cheap so you end up spending a fortune on pieces you don’t love 100%
The shoes and coat are stunning. I’m absolutely sure you’ll get a lot of use from them so these are purchases well worth the price.
